Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Availability

Returns and exchanges are currently available for orders delivered within India only.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Gymgrade covers the return shipping cost for all approved returns and exchanges within India.

Once your request is approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Sale items are refunded for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or product is unavailable, our support team will assist you with the available options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
